No, you will remain in complete control at all times. Actually there is heightened awareness during the state of hypnosis so it is possible to be aware of more when in a trance state. You will continue to choose what you want to say and what you don’t want to say or do at all times.
Yes, anyone can be hypnotised, provided that they want to be. No one can be hypnotised against their wishes.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a 'brief therapy' so some clients need only three or four sessions whereas some may need a few more.
