Are you sticking to your New Year's resolutions?  Check out my radio interview on BBC Radio Berkshire for top advice on how to achieve your goals! 

It is the beginning of February already and we are 1 month into our News Year resolutions!  Statistically about 60% of us who made resolutions will still be sticking to them but with only 10% of us actually making them part of our lifestyle after 12 months what can we do to ensure that we achieve those resolutions?

I appeared on BBC Radio Berkshire on New Years day with advice on how making realistic and achievable goals can go a long way to helping us incorporate them into our lifestyle long term.  If your goals are weight loss, getting fit or health orientated (which are the most popular resolutions) then you can go far in achieving them personally through planning and lifestyle changes. 

If however your goals for 2015 are more about giving up smoking, being free from anxiety or the impact of trauma or even sorting out the interview and public speaking nerves that are holding you back from going for a new job then Cognitive Hypnotherapy could help you achieve those resolutions.
